How does your professional organizing process work?

Initial Consultation: We start with a complimentary phone call to discuss your needs and goals.

On-Site Assessment: We visit your space to evaluate the area, take measurements, and discuss your vision in detail.

Customized Plan: We create a tailored organization plan specific to your space and lifestyle.

Organizing Session(s): We work hands-on to sort, categorize, purge, and organize your belongings.

Implementation of Systems: We establish sustainable organizational systems that work for you.

Follow-Up: We check in after completion to ensure the systems are working effectively.

How long does a typical organizing session take?

The duration varies depending on the size of the space and the level of organization needed.

Small projects like a pantry or linen closet typically take 3-4 hours. Larger spaces such as master closets, kitchens, or garages may require 6-8 hours or multiple sessions.

During our consultation, we’ll provide you with a time estimate for your specific project.

Do I need to be present during the organizing session?

While not always required, we recommend being present for at least part of the session, especially when we’re making decisions about keeping, donating, or discarding items. For certain spaces with non-personal items, we can work independently once we understand your preferences and requirements.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

Do you offer virtual organizing services?

Yes! Our virtual organizing services provide guidance and support through video calls. These sessions include:

How do you handle confidential documents or personal items?

We maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. All client information and personal items are treated with respect and discretion. We can sign a confidentiality agreement if requested. For sensitive documents, we can recommend secure shredding services or appropriate filing systems.

Do you provide storage solutions or do I need to purchase those separately?

We can work with storage solutions you already have or recommend and source new options for you. After our initial assessment, we’ll provide recommendations for specific products that would work well in your space. We can either purchase these items on your behalf (with the cost added to your invoice) or provide a detailed shopping list for you.

How do I prepare for our first session?

Be prepared to make decisions about your belongings

Clear the schedule for the day to focus on the organizing process

Have available containers or storage solutions on hand if you already own them

What if I am not satisfied with the results?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with our work, please let us know within 7 days of completion, and we’ll return to make adjustments at no additional cost. We work collaboratively with you throughout the process to ensure we’re meeting your expectations.
